"Character Matters Most"

The meaning of this statement is that your character and how you act matters the most here.  Your character is how people will remember you as. They can remember you as a good person who helped others, or the cheater who never did anything fair or the right way. We should always think of what we are about to do instead of just doing it and it end up being the wrong thing to do. An example of this is if you decide to cheat let's say on a test and pass it because you cheated you weren't being very honest about it.At first you might be proud that you did it but end up probably feeling guilty about it. We should all do everything the right way without cheating. Doing it cheating isn't fair for everyone else because they played fair and you didn't. It's better to play right and loose then to cheat and win. 

What you are as a person

I personally agree with this statement, it is very true. Nothing materialist will define who you are, it is all about who you are as a person. Being a good person in life will get you farther in life, than being the best basketball player in the world. Yeah being the best basketball player will bring you a lot of money, and fame but that's not what is important. What is important is how you feel about yourself as a person. You can be the best basketball player, but if you aren't kind hearted then what is the point. You can be noth, but what is more important in life is being a good person, and treating others how you want to be treated.

Do the right thing at the right time

The meaning of this statement is that when you step up when you are needed that makes you a great person.You shouldn't do the 'right' thing just because someone is looking.You should always step up and choose to do the right thing in a situation.An example of this is if you see someone getting bullied you should step up don't be part of the problem be part of the solution. Another example of this is from the video we watched on the girl that was bullied trough out the years because of her brain deffect. People would make fun of her and she said people would even throw trash at her. The best part of this is that the people from the football team stood up for her and defend her. We should all step up to do the right thing no matter what. We shouldn't wait to step up so people can see that we are "doing the right", we should choose to always step up because you'll be proud that you did.

The meaning of this statement is that character is better than everything.The way you act defines what type of person you are. An example of this is if you are doing really good in school  and have bad character you won't be such a great person. Having good character will also give us a good name and show we are respectful. Bad character doesn't only reflect on us but also on how we were raised. We should all have good character and do the right thing.
