If you keep your word you shouldn't find a way to break what you promised. Once you break a promise you will most likely never be trusted again. There's no reason why you should break your promises if you can' t keep your word don't make any promises next time. An example of this is if you make a promise to show up, or make any promise of any kind don,t break it. Breaking the promise will get you a bad name and people will no longer trust you.
