The meaning of this statement means you should never break a promise no matter what. Breaking that promise causes you to have lost trust in the person or in yourself. You won't be trusted by certain people because you weren't able to keep the first promise. Promises include making promises to yourself and others. You won't just be un trusted but you will most likely regret not keeping the promise. Your name won't be  such a good name because people will remember that you can be told secrets , promises etc. Making a promise can be something big because you have to be faithful and keep the promise. of you make a promise make sure you can keep it before ruining your name if you son't keep it.

Making decisions are hard you never know if you made the wrong one or the right one.

Some people choose to make the wrong one because it is the easier way out. Life is hard

and making decisions aren't always easy to make. We try to always choose to do the right

thing but sometimes it's hard for us. An example of this is when my friend found a wallet

in a store and decided to do the right thing. She gave it to the owner and told her where

found it so it can get back to it's owner. No matter in what situation we are in we should

always strive to do the right thing no matter what. You will feel good about doing the right

thing.

The truly good

"They're only truly great who are truly good"- George Chapman 

The meaning of this statement is if you wanna be a great person then you have to act the part. You have to be kind and treat people with kindness.  You can't be truly great and act mean, and disrespect everyone. Being truly great will not only make you like able but it will also get you a good name. This statement is also related to the quote treat others how you want to be treated. An example of this is on instagram there was this video. The video was about this school's basketball team, There was a boy with a certain disorder and he really loved basketball but couldn't play so the team let him play and the boy got them the extra point to win. This show that the basketball team are truly great persons because they treat others with kindness and did that for him. Being truly great makes you a good person and makes you a better person.

The meaning of this statement is that cheating is never right no matter the situation. At first you might feel proud that you did it because you either got a good score or won at something. At first you feel like no one will ever find out, but remember the truth always comes out. An example of this is if you cheated on a math test and got away with it because no one caught you, think again because maybe someone may have seen you. You never really get away with something thats not right. You either get caught or you feel guilty and spill it out yourself. It can either be cheating on a test, games or something you'll someday regret it. At first you are so proud that you did  it, but think about the other people who were doing it fair and tried there hardest. It's not really fair for them. We should do everything honestly and choose to do the right thing.

"Character Matters Most"

The meaning of this statement is that your character and how you act matters the most here.  Your character is how people will remember you as. They can remember you as a good person who helped others, or the cheater who never did anything fair or the right way. We should always think of what we are about to do instead of just doing it and it end up being the wrong thing to do. An example of this is if you decide to cheat let's say on a test and pass it because you cheated you weren't being very honest about it.At first you might be proud that you did it but end up probably feeling guilty about it. We should all do everything the right way without cheating. Doing it cheating isn't fair for everyone else because they played fair and you didn't. It's better to play right and loose then to cheat and win.

Student Success Statement 

The meaning of this statement is that being rich, strong etc is just something you just physically have that anyone else can have but having a good heart is not something everyone has. You may have all the riches in the world but with all the money you have that won't buy you a good heart. An example of this is you might be one of the riches people in the world but without a good heart you might not really be liked by many people. Having a good heart will also get you a good name that people will remember. Having a good heart means caring for others, being respectful, sharing, and helping out others in need. All of these good actions will get you far in life. Having beauty, great strength, and being rich is fun and all but having a good heart will get you far, and a good name.

In Acting Well

I personally really agree with this statement by Alexander Pope. Lying will not give you honor instead it will give you consequences that you will sooner or later regret. If you act well, and decide to choose to do the right thing all will go good for you and you will have honor. An example of this statement is you can have honor one day but the next day all that will go away because a mistake you did. An example of this is the little league baseball team

"Right is Right only when entire" - Victor Hugo

This statement by Victor Hugo is very true, and i agree with it. An example of Right is right only when entire is how the when you tell the truth you should tell the whole truth not just the partial truth.  Just because you tell the partial truth doesn't make what you said right beaus you are half lying. We all have lied to our parents atleast once in our life time, but just because we have done it doesn't mean we should keep doing it. There are some situations you feel like you need to lie to protect someone but that does't mean you should do it. An example of this is if you lie to your parents of where you are going to be so they can let you go out. You shouldn't lie about this because what if something happens to you and you lied about where you are your parents are going to be worried about your safety. It's never okay to lie to someone. Before you lie think about what you're lying about is it even worth it lying. At the end of the day you are just going to feel bad about lying. You should just choose to not lie no matter a situation.

This statement by Arnold H. Glasgow is very true. How are you going to succeed if you don't know where you are going? An example of this is Gary the principle at Part Barre Elementary School. He has been working at the school for 30 years but he wasn't always a principle, he used to be a janitor. Until one day the old principle told him that he didn't want to see him mopping floors he wanted to see Gary grading papers. This really inspired Gary to go back to school and study to become a teacher, until he went back to study more and became the principle. He isn't stopping there tho he wants to go higher and become a superintendent. As you can see if you have goals you cAN GET FAR IN LUIFE.

kinesiology

Duties and Responsibilities:  
Kinesiologist study the anatomy of the human body, and use it for scientific reasons such as for rehabilitation, and disorders that impede bodily movement. They also study the effects that exercise has on the human body. Another duty/ responsibility they have are to work with people to use certain exercises, stretches, and therapy to manage pain.
Salary:
The salary for a kinesiologist is $20/hour.
Education:
The education needed to be a kinesiologist is a bachelor's degree, master's degree, and a related field such as human kinetics, exercise science, and exercise physiology.
Demand or Need for this profession:
The demand or need for this profession is from 2014 to 2024 would be around 27% for those with a master's degree, and 34% for those with a doctoral degree.

I would not like to become a kinesiologist. The reason for this is because it isn't related to anything to what i want to have a career in.

Those who do good

I personally agree with this quote by Count Leo Tolstoy. The meaning of this statement is that you might be alive and existing but if you aren't doing whats right you aren't really living. When you are doing the right you are being positive and looking at the bright side of life. Living life doing the correct thing will get you far in life. It will help you become a better person. An example of living a good life doing the right is when you see something you know is not right and you speak up instead of just see and seal. There really isn't a "correct" way to live life. The only thing is if you choose to do the right thing you will most likely be more joyful , and happy knowing that you did the right thing. You can choose how you wanna live your life but before choosing think before you actually choose. Think about you wanna be a good person who helps others and does the right thing or someone who is in and out of jail.

Health Educator

Duties and Responsibilities:  
Health educators are people who help others and teach others about healthy lifestyles. They provide health and wellness education. Health educators are to evaluate, design, and present appropriate information to teach to their patients. 
Salary:
They make about $54,220 ($26.07/hour).
Education:
The education needed to become this is you need to get your bachelor's degree in health education or in health promotion. During your studying you will learn about psychological and human development. You will also need to be certified in order for people to hire you for the job.
Demand or Need for this profession:
The demand or need for this job is you need the ability to be an instructor, communication skills, writing skills, computer knowledge, and so many other skills.

Student Success Statement

           A Choice: Poverty or Prosperity
"I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and I can change that (Poverty). It depends upon how hard I want to work, and I decided that I would change it"
                                                              - Dr. Ben Carson

I don't agree with this statement by Dr. Ben Carson. Poverty is not a choice because not everyone has the opportunity to change it as he did. Some people work their hardest to be able to get out of poverty. Yes, there are ways to "get out" such as going to college and getting a good career with a good salary. The thing we don't think about is how they are going to be able to afford college, yes there are loans but that just makes them in debt that will only add on to their poverty. I just don't think his choice of words in the statement is right and I think he should have worded it differently. Some people in other countries are really poor and aren't able to go to school because of a lack of money and have to work from a young age. So his statement is wrong poverty is not a choice.
